If i cant find any answers in the next few days i might have to take you up on that.

I've got a question for the front differential gurus. I have an 03 Z71 single cab short bed that i am converting to AWD. (currently have all parts for the swap other than a front diff) I have heard about and read that the 4x4 and AWD front differentials share the same internal design but have different axles and a different axle housing. If that is the case, i would much rather add some parts and rebuild my current differential instead of buying an AWD unit. Has anyone ever gone this route, and if so what parts were required? Thank you
