  1. Anyone here ever see or hear of replacing the center part of the latch on the leaky rear extended cab windows? I had mine to the dealer for replacement, and it is no better than before. A friend of mine I haven't seen in 15 years was over tonight looking at my truck and mentioned that he bought some replacement "arms" for his 2000 Silverado extended cab window latch. I guess they are a little bit longer than the original ones and therefor pull the window tighter. He said he bought them from a guy on ebay for about $15.00. If they work they are worth the money. If anyone knows what I am talking about please help. Thanks
  2. It sounds like he has the lower valence piece that mounts below the bumper. This piece mounts below that one. I don't think it matters if the vehicle has tow hooks or fogs for this piece.
  3. I don't remember the part number I got, but the list price was only about $25.00. $93.00 is probably the wrong part.
  4. Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery....As far as giving up the info, you(Premeirs SS) just jumped in and took over so I sat back and watched. At least I know I was the first.....Nobody told you to do anything for any one. And I don't remember anyone asking you either, so get over yourself.
  5. I was busting His Balls.....Do you really think it is going to have any effect on traction?
  6. Trying to help my fuel mileage and also get some better traction on the front wheels at high speed......
  7. Just finished installing my front lip spoiler...Here are some pics
  8. If you look at the heated seat switches, you can turn on the bottom AND back or JUST the BACK. There is no way to turn on the bottom only. I think the people who think the bottom isn't working have the back only turned on. The rear part of the switch turns on the back only. the front part turns on the BOTH. Try it you will see what I mean. If you are confused, look at the little book in the glove box!!
