  1. Yeppers I'm selling the SS (personal reasons) it only has 4600 miles onthe truck, 800 on the new tranny 200 on the motor, rear locker fuel system. I have about 70k into this beast and I'm selling for $35,000.00 it will come w/ the 20's and the 18's,lab top w/ all the tunes, the nitrous system (its not hooked up ),& the spare pulley's for the supercharger. There is alot to list that was put into this truck but you are interested I'll be happy to go over all the stuff. The pic does't have the billet grille in it and I don't have many pics on this computer, plus I have a matching golf kart that I will sell w/ the truck for $3000.00

  2. Hey man, my two roommates (Kyle and Mike) were out there that night, said they talked to you for awhile. We're going back out to Speedworld on Friday night if you're interested...I just put a tranny back in my truck, so I'll be out there racing this time too...hoping to cut a few more tenths off my 11.63 best :)

     

     

    Sorry I won't be out there it takes me 2 hrs to get there and 2 hrs to get back so fridays are out of the question but I'll post next time I go to the track :cheers:

  4. Went to speed world Sat night had a problem with the belt in qualifing (arizonas fastest cars shootout) in their easy street class, heads up racing for cars running 11.50 or slower. First round went out running too fast 11.45 at 118mph so we decided to turn it up a little and ran a 11.33 at 120mph and also got kicked off the track for the night :jester: I'll post the time slips monday :D

Well I was going to do a stroker but decided to stay with the stock stroke and heads, stock crank, skat h beam rods, diamond forged flat tops, ported and went to 2.055 intakes, 01 zo6 cam, And t trim. With 12 lbs of boost it put 633hp and 617tq (it was still climbing on the hp at 6000rpm) and was not on a kill tune pretty conservative for me.Wel the track results were pretty good for the first time out and track temp at 130, best 60' was 1.59 spining really hard best time was 11.49 and best speed was 119.5 (no more n2o) there's alot more in the truck just tuning is needed :cheers:

    Maybe on the burnout I think that was part of the death of the tranny or it was all the boost and n2o :smash:

    You still can get the sport truck issue through their web site in the back issues :thumbs:

  7. Wow sucks but good if you can afford the new mods !!! Also what year is that body 67 through like 72!

     

     

    Lots of extra projects and hours thats why my post #'s are so low! Correct onthe years for the C/10 the is a 72 large window and the rest is 67 :chevy:

  8. AZFASTESTSS, havn't seen you around for awhile now, how have you been? Sorry to here about the LQ9 though. Atleast we all know it can take some serious abuse.

     

     

    Just been working my ass off building other peaple's hot rods and tring to stay on top of my trucks. I was't to suprised on the stock motor and I could of just put a piston in it an ran but this gives me an excuse to build bigger and badder. The truck and motor only has 4300 miles on it and we are going to fix the stock motor and stuff it in my brother street 67 C/10 (not my chassis truck its gettig a 622 1300hp motor) :cheers: Thanks for the support guys and will try to post more so it doesn't look like i'm a ghost :chevy:

  9. 408 should be in by the end of feb, the project is a 67 C/10 body on a Neriz 6.0 Certed Chassis that I,m going to run in PSCA hopfully sometime in the future if I don't break the SSS again (the wife is getting pissed :wtf: )

After a year of waiting on the trans its the motors turn # 5 piston is missing some mass from a stupid mistake :wtf: I just had to drive it to home depot and did not take out the race tune and on the way back gave it 1/4 throttle and droped into 2nd high boost, high part of the timing graph, low part of the fuel and ping ping ping ,bye bye piston. So the new motor is in the works 408 w/ Compstar crank, H beam rods, diamond pistons, L92 heads ported, new fuel system (using the stock tank), and a T Trim. The n2o is going to there for added backer if needed, Iwasn't going to do much more after the tranny was done becuase of the other project being built but these trucks are to fun not to add more!!!!!!!!

    The plurge was going nuts, it was for the photo shoot sport truck didn't use the photo w/ the plurge but vortech did for there ad!
