Im going/attempting to do this mod next weekend. I have the shifter with a better looking and FUNCTIONAL push down to unlock ball type knob. Making the plate and getting the shifter in position is not the issue. I havent looked yet to make sure the shifter will hook up properly to the silverado cable. Also i need to check/know what to look for when drilling a 1" hole through the tranny tunnel (yes i can and will look...just asking). I took all the electrics off the shifter and the tow haul will be wired into a button on the dash where the 4wd button would have been. Any help from someone who may have done this would be appreciated.

She just came out of the paint booth a couple weeks ago. More pics to come. Didnt have anymore on my puter.
