I have a very similar set up. about the exact same cam with plain 243's with 5 angle valve job and lsxrt. It's perfect and tame. I had to add smaller tires, lighter wheels and a full exhaust with long tubes to really wake it all up.

 

If I were you in your shoes with 3.73's and big escalade wheels I would want a lower lsa like 114 + 4 or 2

I run a small cam. It takes a stall and long tubes to wake up even a small cam. I did that and went with smaller diameter tires. Drastically changed the driving of my truck.

Trying to keep stock rails and regulator. 320 looking like the largest before stepping up to aftermarket regulator and rails. Then i am in it for another grand between rails fittings regulator

I just put on the winter tires. 16" wheels and drop spindles. Everything fits has worked for years. Wheels are rusted out. I barley touched them up with rustoleum. Looking for new wheels.

I think my carpet padding and all are preventing my from seeing 100%. Has anyone on here unbolted the pedal assembly and spaced it out a little. I looked at it. Plenty of room to slip a few thick washers behind it.

[Starting on brakes hydroboost custom adapter]

It's on and it works. Only a small drive around the block so far. Brakes are much stronger. Slight sticking think system needs to bleed itself out. Ran out of day light,. Will try again tomorrow tighten everything up refill steering fluid and should be perfect.

Re attached the brake pedal and bolted everything down.

 

Just have to run my fluid lines and I am done.
