Thanks for the replys. To the dealer it goes. Passenger side mirror heater is dead too. The cold brings out bad things.

Got out of work today to find my battery stone dead. Problem is the HVAC blower motor stays on even with ignition off. I had to pull the fuse to stop. I did a search and I guess it is somewhat common problem with GM. Did not find a common cause. Control module? Blower resistor? Since I have an extended warranty, the dealer will get this one. Anybody know the cure?

Yes, Mine did the same. The truck was still under warranty, and the dealer replaced them no charge.

Mine will do the same. Maybe once every couple months it'll hang in first forever. Stop at the next light, take off and it shifts normally. Can't figure it out. Never brought it up to the dealer. Figure I'd get the " could not duplicate problem" response.

Nice kill, but I don't know why alot of you guys always race from a roll. Our strength is a dig from a dead stop. Why give these guys a spot? That's what you're doing when you start out at 20 or 30. Our low rear and AWD are deadly. Show no mercy!

I don't think it's stainless. It sure acts like aluminum. It doesn't hold a high gloss polished look for long. I use Mothers on it and it blackens the cloth up just like you're polishing billet aluminum. Anybody know for sure?

No. there is no added resistance lifting up. I've had one for about 6 months. I like it a lot.

If you haven't done so already, dump the windshield fluid out of your reservoir. That's 8 lbs. if full. Hey , every lb counts.

My passenger side is out too. Many people have had the same problem. It's always that side that fails. I'm waiting to bring it in for an oil change to have it checked out.

They don't come on unless you're in gear. So if you get out in park to see if they're lit, they won't be. They shut off if you set the emergency brake too.

I like the looks, but would really like to hear if it improves performance. Kind of steep for a shiny box and hose.
