Welcome to the forum! If you have any questions feel free to contact me. I can also provide you with build information for your vehicle with the last eight of your VIN. Thank you.
Tricia, Chevrolet Customer Service.
Tricia, are you the same Tricia on Buickforums.com? Don't stretch yourself too thin.

Clean SS!! with tasteful mods. Hood looks awesome. Good job.
-
Pinned!!

in General SS
15.5

Does that lift kit come with a helmet cause only a window licker would lift a ss if you wanted a lifted truck they make a z71 what part of performance truck did they not get
I guess I missed that Z71 with the 6.0 ltr.
-
I know I am in the minority here, but a lifted SS done right looks good to me. What is up with that exhaust though??
-
Cool another GS owner! Check on buickforums.com. if you haven't already. Plenty of guys researching the same issue I believe.
-
Agreed. Good advice.

Cool build! Had a 2001 reg cab. Z71 5 spd 4.8. Factory 4.10 gears, and all this made for quite the sleeper. Sold it when I got my SS, but would love to have it back!

Every time I see that #1103, I know it will hard to actually ever sell it. I am a total geek for low production numbers. I agree production totals for other years would be great!

Welcome to the site, and very nice ride! White was an excellent color choice, it looks great!
-
There's a white one on here for sale just sell the ugly rims and put the rims that were ment to be on the truck
And an actual SS color.....hahaha
-
looks like the loan went through, it's a go if I want it.......still not 100% sure I want to go this route! This will be my first car payment in along time.....I own everything else including my house! I keep starring as the SS though.....and man it looks niice!
If you are debt free, I would keep it that way. Can't put a price on that freedom. That's coming from a guy with five cars. Lol

I have the truck for you! I just got cold feet and have been enjoying it more than ever, so I backed off of selling it, for now anyway?? There is definitely a truck out there that will meet your criteria, just plan on traveling a bit. Especially wanting an Arrival Blue. A guy who was looking to buy my SS just found an 03' Black SS with just over 10k miles on it over the weekend!! It was even really close to me . Keep looking and good luck with your search.

Does the SS require 93 octane too? Do alot of you guys drive yours as daily drivers?
Yep on the 93 octane. Plenty of guys have a SS as DD, just not me. Too many toys.
-
At the end of the day, do you want to drive just a regular silverado, or have something that is limited production, great looking, fast, and handles great? No comparison.
-
How come everyone here is rich except for me?
I want a recount!
You should have invented the internet!!

Wow!! Very nice ride!Well, sounds like the least he'll take is $17,500.....not sure if I'll go for it or not. If I can get it for an even $17,000.....I might. We'll see.
Anyhow, here are some pictures of my Magnacharged LS3 6 Speed SS:
(new acquired ZL1 wheels)
(running about 7-8 lbs for now)
And my 91 Z with airride and lots of other goodies:

Nice looking truck, tasteful mods. I disagree with prices coming down. I flirted with selling my 03' last year. Listed it at $22,500, and had numerous offers in the $20,000 range. To be honest I just got cold feet, and haven't look back yet. My truck had 19k miles, and was 100% stock. Never a fan of low-ballers, but I'm sure it works for some. Good luck with your purchase, and great looking Camaro

Salvage title will always follow it. Looks good, but needs to be a REALLY good deal for me.

As a memeber who recenty sold his truck I will chime in.....I had lots of great times and met awesome poeple with the truck so do i miss it in that respect? sure...but honestly i don't regret it..it was time..i just didn't enjoy driving it any more.
Just curious, what did you replace it with? I went today and drove a Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon, and then a Grand Cherokee Trailhawk w/ the Hemi, and I wouldn't trade my SS even for either one. To be honest, I was kind of suprised. We are talking about a $41k and $$45k vehicle.

I thought Mary Kaye only gave out Cadillacs?
I'm guessing Jake was just being.....well JAKE! (read. smart ass). However, I just saw a Mary Kay Escalade just the other day, and they are still pink. A pearl pink, but still pink!

I couldn't sell my locally for that reason, if i saw it i would puke everytime! Im way way way to attached to mine, and now i have another few vehicles so keeping it is an easy choice. Before i had multiple rides and it was my only one at times i wanted to get somin more truck like but i was to attached. Im so glad now that i didnt sell it and kept it, its part of me now and ill probably truly have it forever. As for the "truck" part, when it was my one and only i broke down and had the bed Line-Xed so i could use it and man guys if you just take care in what you are hauling this thing is so perfect still. I mean its super sexy (SS haha) and can still pull or haul most things you need. Im planing on buying a blue boat or jetski just to tow behind this thing haha, what else what look this sweet with a matching water toy behind it. As of now, even with another truck to use, I still take the SS when I go riding... it is by far the coolest looking thing to have a dirt bike and or four wheeler/quad in the back of!!! Dont be afraid to use that pickup bed yal, just take care when doing it and it is so worth it!!!!
Absolutely! The problem has never been the truck, it's me. Lol. I understand exactly what you are saying about "attachment" too, so I guess my wife will just have to deal with all this stuff when I'm gone.

Welcome to the site from Va. A female in a SS from Texas. All good!!! Nice looking truck.

The way I see it, if someone respects the rules of the site, at least this gives the members maybe a first shot at a nice SS. I would much rather a SS be sold to someone who knows and appreciates what they are, than to be thrown to the wolves of the general truck buying population. I've seen too many SS's used and abused by someone who thinks it's just another truck. Just my 2 cents worth.
