The Corsa exhaust system will bolt in place in a 2003 SSS. However, you will need to have the intermediate pipe done for your truck from an exhaust shop. The Corsa tips...I'm asking $75 plus shipping and shipping is $10 so $85. Also, PM me, if you want a split system, I might have something that will work for you. But if you want all of it, we can definately work something out at a better price.

1) This is a full Corsa system that I mocked up to work underneath my 1990 truck. This is a full Corsa exhaust from a 2004 5.3L Suburban. I had to cut the hangers off the system and put new hangers on it and make the pipe to connect to the intermediate pipes. The system has a dual 3" to single 3" y-pipe on it but if you have stock engines or even mild modified engine..you need to switch to a 2.5" dual inlet to single 3" y-pipe. This system produces absolutely no drone at all at freeway speeds. The muffler is a 6.0L Sport.....part number 14263 and the whole system is made of 304 Stainless steel from Corsa(no cutting or rewelding on my part)and band clamped together for easy removal. I will supply instructions and mostly everything you need to put it on your truck if you have a 88-98 style truck. Since I've done all the work and spent a lot of time on it reconfiguring the front half of the pipes, I'm asking $450 plus shipping unless you want to pick it up. The system has a great sound to it and is not overly loud. It has an aggressive tone at idle and part throttle. The stock injection system is good for 400hp flywheel before upgrade CPI is needed or you have to convert to the Marine MPFI system.

All of these would come off of the 1997 Chevy Tahoe 4x4 LT I am selling. I wanted to sell them on the truck but maybe but selling some of them, I can lower the price of the Tahoe. 1) Magnuson mp90 Supercharger Silver(ready to bolt on) plus 78mm ported throttle body, ported J-tube, two pulley sizes to choose from 3.0 and 2.9, and all custom hoses I had to make for it - $1750 plus all of your stock hoses, throttle body, intake tube, and brackets I need to transfer it back to stock. I will look at all offers. The supercharger (if you were to buy it new would cost $3600 and Magnuson doesn't make this kit anymore). The 2.9 pulley made 7 to 7.5 psi for me.

Might want to check out ebay...they have a RCLB Corsa system right now on there that you can rig up to work.

Yea I have a friend with a 1997 Supercharged 5.7L Z71 and it made 292rwhp/400 ft lbs on a Dyno dynamics so you have a freak. The 350HO came with 330hp and 380 ft lbs of torque by the way. .
