Selling my 2005 Cadillac Deville with super low miles; only 37k! Just put new tires on it (really they only have 800 miles on them).
Recently tinted the windows 8% on the rears and 28% on front two. Still under the factory warranty till June 2009. Would trust this car to drive anywhere, and hope you like attention because it demands it from everyone! It has a couple small paint imperfections as shown in the photos below, and the tire pressure sensors do not work with the 22" wheels but the drivability is totally unaffected. It will idle cool all day long, has ice cold air conditioning, gets 20 mpg, and has already passed smog.
$13,000 obo

Is the 800sqft place becoming a workshop/garage? hehe
I bet the wife is bouncing off the walls
thats an understatement about the wife!
as for the little house, we're gonna rent it out to supplement the bigger note from the new place

After dealing with 800 sq/ft for the last 2.5 years and endless plans to build onto our little house, we finally decided just to put a whole new house on the back part of the property. Brand new 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms, living room, family room, 2532 sq/ft... stay tuned...
this was the area where its going. How it looked before...
then 6 weeks ago we put this on the Down Payment...300 Hundred dollar bills = $30k
we picked our house based on the following model...

is 117 what you hit or what your truck just stopped at because it could not go anyfaster? That seems very low for a "top speed".
it is... my truck had a very conservative/weak tune in it and thats just where it wouldnt go anymore.
would bounce between 117-118
although it got there rather quickly
