Ok ... what is the real deal on adding an Auxiliary (Aux) MP3 player input to the stock stero on the truck I have an 04 Silverado SS with stock stereo; 6-CD, XM, On-Star, with a CD/Aux & BAND buttons I reviewed some of the past threads and there is no clear-cut answer on a specific product that is compatible with SS Silverado stock stereo. I originally purchased the PIE GM12-AUX which has a 12-pin connector. After taking the stereo out, I found out that I need a 24-pin connector, not a 12-pin. Has anyone had any luck with any other product. What about the PAC AAI-GM24? Any problems playing the XM after connection the MP3 player? I'll appreciate any feedback
