For the admin/mods on here: spammers have been nailing the shit out of forums lately. Put blockers in place to keep the site free of these bastards. Some are signing up mutiple usernames faster than you can delete them.

That's just messed up. I hate thieves with a passion. We've sold a few tanks, and fuel filler necks on various cars/trucks here over the past few months for this very thing.

Most dealerships sell on consignment. Very few own their inventory, and most of the ones that do own it outright. Besides, the real money isn't made up front, it's in the back. They could shut down the sales dept, and the parts/service/bodyshop could keep a dealer afloat.

We traded our Tohoe for a mini van about a year ago. It actually has more cargo area than the Tahoe, easier for the kids to get in and out, and gets alot better gas milage. I bet 80% of SUVs, big and small, never see any kind of truck type duty. That number might be a little conservative.

These are the two most important words in a relationship. Yes dear. Seriously, I agree with Bob and Hank. Communication is the key. Have your time together, but still have your time apart. I've been married 12 years. Some good, some not so good, but over all I wouldn't trade it for anything. Whatever hardships you survive will only make you stronger, and if you endure them together it will stregthen your relationship. Good luck, and congrats.

I say let them fall flat on their face. They made the decision to loan money to broke people to buy a house that is waaaaaaay beyond their means, and they want the tax paers to bail them out. F that. I believe it will recover. It may take some time, but it wont be as bad as their making it out to be, imo. The one really affected by this are the ones running the mortgage companies that made the bad decisions.

Sounds like the neighbor was jerking her around, and pissing his business away, so he gets whats coming to him. Good deal on finding something better, and getting out of a bad situation.

That might actually work if (BIG IF) people actually did pay off debt, and not actually get themselves deeper in the hole.

I'm following his debt elimination plan for a while, and it works. I'm a big fan of his.
