  5. ok this is frustrating!! i got the front tire unlocked. i still cant get the thing in the tires.. the only item i havent used is the gold key.. i need a hint..
  6. yeah i know lol.. not that i wont spend the money to do it the thing is do i want to. or do i wana detune what i have run a stout 4l65e. thats the delima im in right now.. im trying to find out if there is a better input drum i can run in the 65e and be somewhat safe..

  9. who all has done the conversion?? i broke the built 4l65 this weekend and im not gonna take a chance again. just wondering if there are any other places to look besides speed engineering. i know i will have to do some different computer controls also what is all involved with that? thanks for any input you guys can give
  10. i have stock manifolds,cats, fan shroud and fan, with clutch assembly, i also have stock injectors and i even have the stock muffler... i definetly want this stuff out of my garage..
  11. whats up guys bump up to bigger injectors this weekend. so my stock ones and the 42#injectors are forsale.. the stock injectors probably have around 18000 miles on them and the 42#injectors have less then 7000 on them.. ill take 150 for the stockers and 275 for the 42#ers obo.. let me know what i can do for u jamie
  12. here is my next dilema and i cant believe the exhaust shop did it but i have a two bolt collector under there.. and im running 2.5 inch exhaust. so that means they dont make a hole lot of options from what i c.. but i have heard that this type collector gasket is really good and seals awsome.. http://store.summitracing.com/partdetail.a...15&autoview=sku just curious what u guys think.. i need to do something the exhaust leak is killing me lol
  13. whats up guys i bought this bottle and opener not to long ago. my plans were to have two bottles at all times so i always had one full. i decided i really dont need the 2nd bottle or opener. the picture below is the exact bottle and opener but i took the nx sticker off because i was gonna have it custom painted. i would like to get 300 for everything obo... which is a steal. the bottle is less then a year old comes with everything to hook the opener up and it does work i checked it. the bottle also has a gauge on it. let me know what i can do for u guys thanks

  16. its time to change my collector gaskets already!! while im at it im gonna change the manifold gaskets too. what are most of u guys running? every vehicle i have ever had the collector gaskets always blow out. any hints on what to do so they dont blow out and i dont have the tick tick tick thats my pet pieve hearing a leaky exhaust. let me know what u guys are using thanks for any info you can give!!

  18. the truck is running right around 7-8 lbs of boost right now. hopefully it will be running real good by the time the zippy event is here..
  19. here are my runs from tonight much better i would have to say. 2.06 60 ft 3.48 330ft 8.38 1/8th [email protected] 10.91 1000 ft @96.60mph 13.03 1/4mile @106.36 1.87 60 ft 5.24 330ft 8.17 1/8th [email protected] 10.75 1000 ft @95.08 12.91 1/4mile @105.15 1.9 60 ft 5.34 330ft 8.36 1/8th [email protected] 11.05 1000 ft @91.62 13.28 1/4 mile @102.09 this track i have been going to is known for being slower then others. im not making any excuse's but i bet next week when i go to the track the truck runs atleast 3 tenths quicker. i also lost some weight tonight taking the 22's off and swaping back the 20's and took the spare tire off. i weighed 5650 tonight which is much better then last week at 5880. paul is gonna change some fuel setting around this weekend and see if that helps us out at all. now i just need to learn how to launch the bitch lol. so i can atleast say i ran into the 12's tonight still not where i wana be but its coming along nicely what can i say it started out slow but its a work in progress.
  20. zippy are u gonna be at the track tommorow night? i should get there around 7:30 if not a little before. yeah i think its time to step up injectors also.. but we will see what happens wednesday night..
  21. yeah the times arent the best but there is still some tuning issues. i also think my 42lb injectors are bottle necking me or i need to step up the diaphram in the fmu. i can only get about 60lbs of fuel pressure @wot. i may just scrap the fmu and step the injectors up regardless. my friend runs an fmu on his dodge an it works flawless but im still in the trial and error stage. i was hoping for better times trust me. it will get there just need to some tweaking here and there. i think the fuel pressure is the biggest issue at this point. i knew coming out for the first time the times werent going to be great but i thought i would let u all know it did finally go down the track. im going back wednesday and i am hoping for better times..
