  1. Talk with some local trucking companies and see if they will back load it for some cash. I did this with a t-56 for my old 91 S10 build. I think it cost me 300 bucks and i had to drive about 45 minutes to pick it up.
  2. That is a gorgeous car! Nice run that thing hooks awesome! Looks like it was a busy day at the track...
  3. http://www.928motorsports.com/parts/performancerebuildkit.php 928 Motorsports is who I was going to use to rebuild it. Cruising through some mustang forums they were the go to upgrade parts suggested for rebuilds.
  4. With current exchange rates its about $1230 USD. I have never had this blower on any of my vehicles. Pretty sure they ran 5lbs. Someone with a Powerdyne might be able to chip in and confirm or correct that? I just noticed your located in Florida. I'm vacationing down there the last two weeks of January
  5. Selling my Powewrdyne Supercharger. I bought it off a close friend of mine a couple of years ago to put on my 01 Sierra but my truck got stolen shortly after and that was the end of that. I've held onto it knowing that one day i would get back into a silverado. Now that i have the SS and am daily driving it i have decided to put long tubes on it instead of the supercharger. The supercharger is off an 03 SS. My friend used it for two summers until he blew the internal belt and pulled it off for a big turbo build. I have all the parts for it excluding the Diablo sport tuner which i have already sold. The blower needs to be rebuilt with a new internal belt as seen in the pictures. Bearings are still good but if it were me rebuilding it i would replace them for good measure. Asking $1200 CDN. Located in Baden, Ontario Canada. **Will ship anywhere, Shipping price negotiable** Edit: $1100 CDN Shipped. Thanks for looking. PM, e-mail or phone for any additional details. 6. I had a local guy tune it and ran it at truck nationals (bottom vid) I ran 14.55's all day with a best of 14.49. At that time the F250 had a stock air box and ran a best of 14.66. I took the tune out because my truck was running like crap, I got worse fuel economy and it pinged really bad under load above 3500 RPM. Just ordered a Black Bear Tune last night and some servo's. So, top vid - no tune and bottom vid - with tune. I will try and get one more pass in with the new tune before i put the truck away for the winter. 05 - 2wd was an option, 06/07 - are all 2wd
  7. Went down to the track this past weekend with a bunch of buddies and made some passes. My best run was a 14.60 with a CAI and exhaust. Here is a vid of me running against my Father in Law's 08 F250 with a 5" exhaust straight piped from the turbo back, H&S black max tuner, and a CAI. he ran 14.6's before the CAI. his best run of the day was a 13.95. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CW0LImYSYRk&feature=plcp I spin for the majority of first gear. My neighbor ran after me with his turbo regal... it speaks for itself! Here is a vid of me running against him a month or so before at Truck Nationals in Sparta. Enjoy!
  8. Thanks for the warm welcome guys! One of these days i would love to do a 3/4" drop and some 22" reps... but first more go fast goodies are needed!
  9. Hey everyone, Well this isn't my first post. I've been trolling the forum for a couple of years admiring everyone's SSS's. I bought my truck back in February from a local guy. The truck is a 2006 Silverado SS 2wd with a couple of bolt ons (K&N FIPK and a custom exhaust) and never seen a winter. I bought the truck with 38,000km and now have 60,000km. I have some 1/4 mile runs under my belt with it now. I ran a 14.59 when i first got it. After getting a benchmark run in i had a local guy tune it. It pinged and ran like crap. I ran the 1/4 with a best of 14.49. Long story short he doesn't tune my truck any more. Just in the process now of getting an Auto-Cal tune from BBP and a Corvette 1-2 servo. Does anyone have a part number for the 3-4 Corvette servo? Looking forward to being more active on the board. Any other members from Ontario Canada in the Kitchener Area? Enjoy the pictures! Chris
  10. use a clay bar and some cleaner wax, repeat until its gone. I use meguiars products and they always seem to get the job done.
  11. This happened to my old 2001 Sierra with a 4.8. Turned out my cats were plugged up. Pull an O2 sensor and scope it. Mine did this intermittently until one day it was blocked off so bad that it just stayed in safe mode. I bought a new magnaflow y pipe with cats.
