    BORING........but I use my tax return to pay my Home-owner's insurance, property taxes (don't escrow either), oil for the year, and what ever the wife wants to do with the rest (usually something for the house)

    Not totally sure how it works but I think you have to use the jack to push up in the piece in the middle to 'unlock' it to allow it to come down. I figured mine out with a saw-zall......problem fixed.
