I know its not a SS or VHO, but I have up for sale my 06 Duramax with the LBZ Crew Cab. Not even a year old, only 30k miles on it, all highway of course. Pretty much all stock, except dark tint all around and escalade handles. The truck is as good as when it rolled out of the dealer. Not sure about the NBS, but i put a touch screen unit in my 05 with the bose system, and all i did was run a toggle switch on the vss wire (vehicle speed sensor). The navigation will get a little screwy with the line off, but it will allow you to search like your were stoped. It was simple for me because i had to run the vss wire myself while installing the unit.

Well went to pep boys, the ones they have dont fit, energy doesn't seem to have them for my app. so any other ideas? Thanks

Anyone know where to get the rubber boot for an upper ball join without buying the whole ball joint? Not sure what to call it, but its just the boot that holds in the grease, mine is torn. Already tried the dealer and id have to buy the whole joint. Ideas? Thanks

yea i can go a few days without the truck, only thing is says your in pennsylvania? I dont wanna deal with shipping n stuff, but if you really want the drop hangers i'd be willing to trade. It would be up to you to get them removed without having to cut them like most people do.

I need a stock rear bumper (chrome) non ss, and possibly the rear hitch reciever... I have now a sir micheals roll pan painted white, no scratches and im willing to trade, or just buy your bumper!

Im looking to see if anyone saved their stock hangers for the rear leafs, hangers meaning the front of the leaf. I need some! I have the mcgauphys drop hangers on the truck now but need to raise the truck back up to stock, so i am willing to trade the mcgauphys and maybe give some money to someone looking to lower their ss. I also have the rear 2 inch drop shackles so id be willing to trade straight up for this stuff. Also all 4 stock bump stops as well..... Anyone?

Yea i have, and i have the bose option, it was a piece of cake. The factory nav is alright, ive seen better aftermarket ones, but its cool cuz you keep the onstar, xm, steering wheel controls and stuff. You just have to make sure you get the right unit for your truck. They make bose and non bose units, and for the bose units there is a lux and non lux model. So most likely you have a silverado which would be a non lux. The only other thing to do is to install the gps antenna which is sold seperately. Some sellers on ebay include everything you need so look around.

As long as nothing pops up for that day, count me in for the meet at ontario mills, just gonna need a time....

I believe no matter what equiptment you have or provider, all will remain the same and will still function like always. I guess just have more stations, who knows what stations will get canceled or what new ones they combine...

hows the ride I also have the same as jon droped 4 inches with the carrier bearing relocator, i have a very slight slight slight vibration only cuz my relocator doesn't go as high as jon's And the ride is real close to stock... I have removed the bumper, spare, and tow reciever so it is lighter in the rear and a little more bounce to it, with weight its smooth.

Because the fact i just got a 06 duramax which i pretty much drive all the time now and the vho just sits in the garge and the two payments are never fun to pay.
