I am selling this since i sold the sss for an 08 tbss. I only had it installed for 6 or 7 months. it works 100%, never had any problems and am only selling it because my new truck came with nav. It will come in the original box, with the unit, mounting cage, faceplate, faceplate case, removal tools, wire harness, IPOD CABLE, GM DOOR CHIME UNIT, DASH KIT and ANT. ADAPTER. it is a soft cover that fastens with velcro. you unroll it and when you lock the tailgate side into its bracket it pulls it tight. it sits almost completly flush with the top of the bed. you can also adjust the tension. you can see some good pics on there site. it looks really good when installed

I just sold the sss and bought an '08 tbss. I am selling this cover since it is no longer needed. It is about 8 months old. at least i'm not alone. i know quite abit about installing and setting up stereo's and this thing i cant figure out. its quite annoying, i've been messing with the bass engine though and it hasnt helped.

no matter what i do with the amps gain, adjustments, around volume level 23/24 the bass seems to cut way back. i've been doing everything i know and now i'm stumped. heres the setup. alpine 9857 head unit focal 165kf fronts powered by jl 300/2 amp boston 5.25 coax i had powered by 150w alpine amp jl 10w1v2 4 ohm in custom box powered by alpine 140 rms amp.
