  12. Personally i use a Remington 870 Express Super Mag with 3 1/2" shells. Its a little bulky for home defense (the barrel is too long), but should stop just about anything. I also have a Glock Model 22 .40 S&W that rides around with me, and is a proven bear repellent/rabbid dog killer. I shoot some gnarly hollow points out of it, that would stop just about anybody. Its really just preference. Since you are not old enough to purchase a handgun, a scatter gun would be great. If I were to buy one with the sole purpose of home defense I would get a Benelli Supernova Tactical which will shoot up to 3 1/2" shells. Remember the first rule in firearms self defense is to shoot to stop... not shoot to kill. The benelli would do quite a number on someone's legs or arms. I think there are quite a few aftermarket tactical accessories for your Mossberg, I would start with some fiber optic sights and some good shells. Check the left side of the barrel or action and see what the largest shell you can use is. Bigger is better. You could remove the plug from the slide on your Mossberg and that would allow more shell capacity. If you need more info on how to do this let me know. I hope this helps...
  13. wow... I'll bet that mofo runs like a raped ape...
  14. i like it... its kinda sinister, but almost not really...
  15. I've never been real impressed with Yokohama's... all the Yoko's that i've been around wear poorly, and last 1/2 as long as they should, but that is from my own experience... I'm sure there's guys out there who swear by them, and wouldn't buy anything else, but i'm just not one of those guys. I ran my Hankook's through the winter last year and they handled the snow and ice well. Basically any tire with a fair amount of siping should get you through the winter safely. I've found that narrow tires will do better in the snow as well, since they cut down through the snow as apposed to floating on top, which larger, wider tires tend to do.
  16. nice run man. There is definately some time to be had in your 60'
