I put the OEM on mine. And put my foglights back in the brake ducts.

I have an extra OEM bracket #15 in the diagram above. It supports the lower part of the cover. I made the mirror image bracket for the other side when I installed my cover. PM me if interested.

Mine is an 03. It's a z71 that had factory fogs. After putting on a ss bumper I put them back on the same way except for the brackets which move them back. Didn't cut the ducts and just ziptied the grills in. Hope this helps.

Brackets - off center holes were 1/4" and centered were 5/16" to work with bolts I used. These are the mounted brackets I made for mine. Here you can see why the holes aren't centered on the mounting end. Mounted

I have those, Discoverer HT Plus 275/55 20 on my truck now for 3 years. This year was the first time I ran them through the winter. No problems, I like 'em.
