My suggestion: Don't let them use your pc. I have 2 pc's for developing software applications and a third for anyone (wife, mother-in-law, cousins) to destroy. That saves me from viruses, spyware and any other goodies out there.

I aligned them and tried it but nothing happened. On my second attempt it now sees the 4th CD but won't play or eject it. Is there a way to open the unit and pull them out without breaking the unit and the cd's? Thanks guys.

Same crap here, I have 6 cd's stuck in there. I took some advice from a member on the forum but it didn't help. It sucks not to be able to use the cd player, so I need to stop being lazy and take the truck in for service.
