  1. Can't go wrong either way. I've only had snow once since i've had mine..5 years...was pleased with how it did!! My first awd ...handles great too! I've always loved doing burnouts.....but awd saves me on tires!!

  2. Yea, forget those morons! You did the right thing, the fam should not be around if you race. So just keep an eye out and if you ever see em again and smoke em, your WIN will be sooooo much sweeter!

Took ALOT of restraint on my part, didn't feel like getting smacked by the Mrs.! :D

  3. I was coming back from the folks place, had wife and kid tagging along.I merged onto hwy,see a Toyota TuRD behind me. He Comes up fast behind me and then along beside me.We run along for a while and then i ease around him and then he/they pull up beside me and hits it a couple of times. He's pacing me...wants to race .I kept my cool and just run beside him. I wanted to show him my tailgate but i had the family with me..he hit it and pulled pretty good....I think i did the right thing but i wanted to show the Turd what a SSS could do. Damn if this is what old age does to you.....i wanna go back!!

    Being responsable SUX!!

  4. Tune will be your biggest gain and bang for the buck.

If you go with a tuner like wheatley, you get free re-tunes for life. So you just ship your PCM back after your CAI and he'll make adjustments, Free.

    so whats to lose ?

would be silly not to do your tune first IMO.

    Good luck

Why not do CAI 1st..a little gain..then have tune next to suit the CAI? Thats what i did. Felt the CAI diff., then added tune and felt the tune diff....that way you can actually feel the diff. that each mod made! Wheatley stands by his tunes as does the other tuners on here...can't go wrong!!!

  5. Mods are 6.0 swap,cam,pi 3800 stall converter,Performabuilt Level 2 transmission,longtubes,4.10's Wheatley tuning of course and a 100 shot!!

Of course trueflow intake and borla exhaust but I do not really mention that,as those are just basic things that everyone does

On that run in that video the only weight reduction was tail gate and that is all.

Nice run!! Way to show that Mustang what a big Chevy truck can do!!

  6. I don't like to talk about it....i owe 16,500 on a 03 SSS that i got in May of 05 ,Friday ,13th,Traded a 2004 Extreme Blazer,SSS had 5800 miles but got it for close to half price...still owed ALOT on Blazer!!

    HAD TO HAVE IT!!

Could have gotten a Viper truck sitting next to it but being a diehard CHEVY GUY....got the SSS!!
