Just wanted to clarify some issues that were brought up about the use of aftermarket boost. Per the LVMS track official, aftermarket boost will be allowed however it must be installed professionally. I know your probably wondering how they will determine a professional installation. All they will be looking for is if your turbo / blower that isnt held together by duct tape. they will also look at any oil lines coming from the supercharger / turbo that appear to be run incorrectly as in close to headers or accessory drives that could potentially cause fluid leaks. The whole point is so they can minimize the amount of fluid leaks on the track. Im confident that you guys know whats on your trucks so you all should be fine. The titan guys that started this whole meet are going to meet at Buffalo Wild Wings around 6:00 and try to get to the track around 7. I plan on just showing up at the track at 7 to get in line a little early. Once you guys get to the track, its normally a pain in the *** to get runs together so after you make your first pass, I think we should try to park together behind the stands so we can all get in line for our second passes at the same time. It will be like a truck convoy, it would be bad ass imo. Please PM me if you want my phone number to contact me once you arrive at the track. Dont even worry about your blower, you dont have to pop ur hood for anyone. there are going to be about 200 hondas out there with aftermarket turbos. dont sweat it. they dont know what thery are looking at anyhow. lol I hope i dont end up eating my words on this one. Just throwing out an invite, theres going to be a small meet for the vegas truck guys at the LVMS on 1/23. We are all meeting at the track around 7 and plan on running as much as we can. SOunds good. I got 4.10's installed a few months ago on my 5.3 and i noticed a nice gain over my 3.73's. So much that i can break my 33" tires on dry pavement. I can give you a number for Adams Driveline out in henderson. they did my Motive 4.10s and cleaned out my G80 for 250 installed which is a smokin deal. Also, pm me with your number again i lost it lol.

yea your right about the 10 and under deal. I know for a fact that your truck would get on tv tho. Its the cleanest and prolley the fastest SSS that will be there. The only deal is, is that everyone must run a 12.99 and quicker to qualify... not that you would have any problems with that

There arent any AWD dynos here? My buddy dynoed his wrx somewhere in town. Ill check on a name for ya so you dont have to drive to cali. What are some good places to get tuned at around here?

Will i see better results with a dyno tune or a mail order tune? I currently have a wester mail order tune that I am really happy with but would i benifit more from a dyno tune?

Who knows your probably right about the tranny. GM trucks are notorious for having gobbs of tq management on their trannies. if you get rid of that alone it should nab the titan. keep in mind to that we are using the good ole overhead valve / push rod motor design which is ancient technology compared to the titans DOHC V8. Its alot easier to mod GM engines because of this. Overhead valve / push rod Engine parts are easy to come by without much cost.

The sea level is much higher than everyone else, so our times are going to be about a second slower. That doesn't mean your truck isn't fast stock. I believe that our elevation is about 2200 feet. mult ur time by .9744 and youll be in the 15.5 range stock at sea level. Thats really not that bad. Right on man!! when i went to the track, there was a chick in a new GT she couldent get anybetter than a 15.7. I almost crapped mysef when i saw her time. She had to be just aweful at driving.
