Just got done put a washer in and its like brand new..thanks again guys that was a real pain in the ass.(but worth it)

THANKS GUYS!!i think i might know where my problem is we compared billet to stock and i think i see where i need to try a washer and hopfully that will fix it.otherwise i might just have to get an extendercap or go back to stock thanks for all the help..

that would be great if you could email me the instructions [email protected] i have the instructions or atleast my buddy does on his bench and im pretty sure it was sealed and installed correct but maybe not with all this trouble im having thanks again..

I installed some billet servos and the truck will not shift into 4th gear..i just took them out last night to make sure they are sealed and they really look good.someone has said there is something about an extender cap maybe needed is this a must??i though these parts were just pull replace and go can someone please shed some light on this for me its driving me nutts....

Im still havin gtrouble.today we took the 4 gear servo out and put the old one in it shifted into fourt but the other gears seem like they slip or dont shift as hard as they did so we put the billet 4th back in made sure its seated and it still wont shift ..i have no idea will this extender cap help and fix the problem is this a common thing i though you would just replace simple and ride on what the hell is the deal help help help???

does anyone know this for sure and can it be corrected with a washer help asap thanks?????????

Me and a freind just installed the main and 4th gear billet servos in my 04 ss awd.problem is it is not shifting into 4th gear.i feel it shift 2,3 but i can run down the interstate 3200rpm at around 70mph and that seems like there should be another gear but nothing. i even went up to 4000 rpm and it just stayed in that gear someone help is this normal or something wrong????????
