Slick06 replied to 11H's topic in For Sale/ Wanted
I might be interested. How well did it work for you? I am especially interested in the 87 tunes. I own a 06 Silvy with the 4.8 -
IM out of town for thanksgiving, but when im go back to tucson on friday, ill try and get a pic and send you.
-
I might be interested in swappping. I have a aem power Brute force intake. It is in good condition with maybe 15,000 thousand miles. It is the silver power coated version. I know i only have the 4.8 but i know the AEM fits all engines. PLus i live in Tucson so it should be easy to drive up there and swap it out. Let me know what you think.

Im taking you sold your wheels
-
Here is another new hood for the 06. Hood Hood2
-
Does anyone know if these wheels are still for sale?
-
I think it looks good, the black headlights looks good with the black paint. Overall job well done.
-
I would also have to agree that those 22's look alot better. Who makes the those rims? I know you said U2, but who makes them?
-
Bike looks good. You can never go wrong with a 2-stroke banshee. I especially like the raised flame seat. Im also loving the SS in the back ground. What kind of rims are those? They look sweet. Anyways good job on the banshee

You should check out www.Horblasters.com for a serious horn. Install one of these babies and nobody will think your a girlie

Yeah those are the ones i was talking about. I posted this topic before doing any searching. After searching it sounds like there is not much of a difference in any shorty style header. It sounds like a long tube is the only way to make any gains. I was just curious about this headers because they are cheaper then any other shorty.
-
As anyone seen or tried the edlebrock headers. There are really inexpensive shorty headers. The name Edlebrock is known for quality. On summitracing the are 1/2 the price compared to like Jba headers. Tell me what you all think?

I may be wrong , but i haerd some people talk about some brands of HID's have a built in reflector of some sort to keep down on the glare that most aftermarket kits have. Anybody know anything about this?
-
looks real good since u installed the grill. Keep up with the good work
-
looks real good. Its always nice to see your own reflection especially in paint.
-
That thing looks pretty sweet. Who makes that scan gauge? I just might have to get me one too.

That truck is looking good. I especially like the two tone paint with the silver stripe. How much is it lowered? Anyways the truck is looking nice.
-
In my opinion out of those wheels, i think the eagle's are the best. Even though several people have those wheels, they look good and are affordable.
-
Welcome to the site, post some pics when you get a chance.
-
Who makes that bumper? That bumper is pretty sweert.
-
All B.S. asside your truck is bad ass. The stance, color, and rims are top notch. Job well done.
-
What size tires are you running? By the way the truck is looking sick. Those wheels are sweat especially for the price you can get them at compared to other 22 inch wheels.

I just tried the new Turttle Wax Ice

I would agree with you. I used it on my truck about 2 weeks ago. I even applied it in direct sunlight in 90 degree weather. I had no problems with it what so ever. Its super easy and super fast. But the thing i can tell is that its more or less a polish that works great on good paint. But if you have swirls or scratches you prob need a good wax with sort of compund.
