If my opinion is worth anything, I think this is the way a sport truck should look lol.
I was just talking about this with a friend last night. I said it's either some new billets when the time comes or in just always riding on my track shoes. Can't wait to get the fronts for my truck.
What OD" tire did you end running in the front?
28.5" OD for the front
So its this the track setup or all time now? looks good. look more in racer mode this way.

Is it fairly easy to cut the stock hangers out and install the Belltech ones?
Depends on your skills..... I did it both was, with the bed off and on. On mine I did it on the ground with the bed off and a torch. On my friends I did it with the bed on and on a lift with an air chisel. It's no that bad to do.

Shackles are the ones in the rear. Hangers are the ones in front of the tire. You don't need to notch for a 3" drop but wouldn't hurt if you do a notch.

I have a 03 SSS AWD
Current mods are
ARH 1 3/4 long tubes
Corsa sport catback
K&n cai
Circle d 278mm 2a 3200 stall
I can't choose between the 228r or the v2
It's a dd and I run it at the track couple times a year. I don't tow anything at all
I currently run 14.6 @93 before the stall and it's not tuned yet
Wanna run it before the tune with stall to see the time and after the tune
My goals are mid 13's or better
Also I love the choppy sound at a red light
Also do I have to replace the injectors with the cam ? And if so what size injectors
Injectors must be replaced as your IDC will be well over 100%

I put mine with the dimple facing the counter wights of the crank shaft. There are many people who run them either way and haven't had any issues.

Did you pressure check the cooling system? I see you did the heads but you need to pressurize the whole cooling system to see if it hold pressure.

I ran [email protected] with a 2.0 60' with the 228r cam. In fact I was one of the first with that cam in the SSS lol.

Most guys with 4" drop do the c-notch. It channels the frame allowing for more suspension travel that way you dont bottom out. Herd is a pic of mine when I did it.
Makes a world of difference!!!!!
