  1. does your amp turn on and everything?  Possibly a pinched RCA somewhere, remote wire short, could be a lot of things, need more info.

Are you using a PAC adapter which plugs in behind the headunit?

:withstupid: Which fuses did you check? Make sure you check the ones on the amp. Also, check your ground wire and make sure you have a good ground. Are you using the stock head unit?

I fixed the problem..it was the PAC box, so i cured it with an Alpine w200 flushmount touchscreen

  2. In my opinion, don't waste your time with the kit. Belltech's kits use either coil springs or torsion keys up front. Of course the SS does not have coil springs and I personally wasn't happy with the Torsion bar approach.

Pick up the spindles from Summit for $222

I'm sure some will disagree, but I'm very happy with this setup.

the rear leafs say its 4" is that right....also did u do it yourself or did u have it done by somone else, how hard is it..?

  3. 2' drop, that's killer - you'll be tuckin pavement!

All BS aside. I'm very happy with my Belltech 2" drop spindles (P/N 2508) up front, and 3" leafs in the back. Provides a level drop, great stance, and good ride quality. The rear is a bit stiff, but that to be expected with drop leafs and it's really not that bad.

haha, i didnt even notice to 2'.. u got mah drift...so yea, is that a kit by Belltech, or individual componants

  4. i need to lower the ss, the stock height is killin me. so i dont want anything crazy, probably 2' all around ....if not.... what works best for our trucks. what and where should i look to pick up a drop kit for my truck, any suggestions on height or kits as well as places to look..?

the amp has power, it does light up...im running a stock head unit and i checked all fuses the ones on the amp, and the ones under the hood , ill check it out...(grounds/remote) but its weird it just stopped...

  6. i was on speed engineering website ready to order my pacesetter long tube headers, but im unsure if they are the one for my truck, i almost bought a set earlier but they werent for the 6.0 just the 4.8/5.3.......how do i know if S.E is showing me the right ones...???

  7. Where do you live? I ask because my radix is underachieving here in AZ. It was 118 yesterday. I didnt question the heat until after the fact and my local tuner said that, along with really shitty gas, is keeping the radix to living to its fullest potential. HOWEVER it still is pulls alot harder than without! Youll love it. I also went with Frank at RevolutionRaceWorks. Great guy and really helpful. I love my ASM headers ZERO problems. Grab a shift kit from Zippy to complete the neck snapping experience. I went with a 3.0 pulley from install. Many say run the stock setup from the start for a while and see how the truck does. This is great advice and then pulley down after wards. Good luck.

thanks for ur help bro, I live upin new England, New Hampshire to be exact. so i wouldnt be dealing with the the AZ weather....probably better for me, anyway, so far it sounds like im gonna run the Radix supercharger with a 3.0 pulley, is 2.9 to much of a jump..?when would i be ready for that, also im either going to go with ASM or JBA headers. ive been hearing alot of info from those names...a zippy shift kit is also on the list. if anyone else has any advice lemm know...thanks again

  8. hey boys whats going on, i just bought my 2nd ss after wrapping my first one around a tree....long story, anyway after all my cometis upgrades its time for up grades under the hood. im new to this so im looking for some help. after reading different forums ive come to believe that Radix Superchargers are well know and highly favored. im already to purchase a kit for my truck. but im getting caught up in the pullies and what is best for it as far as full exhaust and other upgrades. if anyone could help, im looking to buy the Radix right off the bat , what are some recomendations for headers, exhaust, and anything else i would need.

thanks to anyone who can help me get started.
