i have the hypertech handheld set at 91 with the volant cold air.no way am i getting that much horse power.kinda of falls on its face when you nail it then picks up mid range and top end.

yes,mine has some paint defects.installed and bought from americas camper shells.said they would send it back for repairs if i like.looks great but not real happy with it.trying to get some money back from gaylord for defects.

anybody know who sells it.the clear plastic that goes on front of hood.to protect from rock chips.

i heard same setup as hd disks.and they were having problems with them.

yes,the main bracket that clamps on bed.right side came loose.no drilling clamps on.

wow,you guys are lucky my last flat cost me 600.00.america tires scratched the side of my fender and wheel well.i know it was the toque wrench.did not take any responsibilty.oh well.

had my cover installed last week, when i went to open today right side bracket tweeked and came half way off would not close.anyone else had this problem.installation or design?

well my first flat tire today,changed and took to shop for repair.as the guy was toqueing lugs he rubbed toque wrench from one end of fender well to the other.chipped paint and massive scatches.truck has 500miles on it.really pissed off.

when i installed my hypertech i had to disable the onstar.just pull a fuse in engine compartment.is that all it takes?

just pull the fuse in the engine compartment and the onstar is done.

my 06 didnt leak till my kids opened them.

its all in the setting and have not got there yet.still playing with it.went +4 +6 +6 on the shifting getting better.need to work on fan setting.im sure its not as good as a pcm tune.but i like being able to remove at will.for service.

no it doesnt slam but its better,have not messed with fans yet.going to change thermostat first.

set shift points +3 down the line,vev limit 6200.and thans at 100% starting to feel some power.

06 ss,and yes i know what you mean.dont feel much difference.dont know if its the setting or the hypertech.when i set to 93octane it knocked out of the hole.

any help on shift point setting and rev limit setting would be helpful.new to this.thanks
