Ur a big boy like the rest of us.... Did you try the search button?? I did...Part # 70-2265.
Unless you can spell "You're" correctly, you don't have the right to make smartass remarks.
Thanks for the number.

So, no one here is going to give me the corrEct part number for the 2003 Silverado SS?
-
The part # is the same for all the 4.8/5.3/6.0,I also used v band clamps to secure the header to the intermediate pipe, but I did not use any cats,I had a muffler shop do custom exhuast from the header back in 3" stainless steel.
Ok, well, what is the number?
-
There is no Y pipe on my truck. It goes from manifolds, to cat, straight back. Duals. The don't merge at all, they go to two bullet mufflers. I am going to have two high flow cats installed. Do I have to buy anything extra to connect the cats to the headers? Or will I have to have some between the header and cat.
Part number for the Pacesetters for the SS.

I want to order the Pacesetter LT's for my '03 Silverado SS. Do they come with everything needed? Gaskets? Bolts? Also, what is the part number?
-
Texas doesn't have SMOG checks... so you should be ok with any LT that you decide to get.
Hell, last time i went in to get mine inspected.. i just had to flash my lights and turn on my wipers... didn't have to start it or anything...
Gotta love Texas!
Houston has smog if your car is older than 96, and visual and OBD II check it newer than '96.
-
they are but i think he wants cheap and dynatechs aren't.
I could have swore that Dynatechs weren't technically legal, because the cats locations were moved a bit. Are they really 49 state legal? I am in Houston TX by the way.
-
OBX are just like dynatech but a lot cheaper. they dont have cats but there are all the spots for you o2 sensors so it might pass a visual inspection.
The pacesetteres are good but will need more work to get them in...then you should adjust your tune...
Where can I find OBX? And do high flow cats actually flow anymore than stockers? How exactly does a bolt on/off system work? Is that the headers/cats and all, and just replace with the stock manifolds come inspection time?
-
I want LT's, but I don't want to spend the $1500 on Dynatechs. What LT's are a good price but would be eassiest to put cats on to look legal to the inspectors?
Also, how much does Jet Hot coating usually run?

They can do it,but it will be loud
Good, I like me some loud.
My roommate has a '06 Dodge Cummins Turbo diesel with no cats or muffler, 5 inch exhaust all the back to a 6 inch megaphone tip. No way I'll be as loud as him, but I'd like to try.

I ordered two Dynamax Bullet Mufflers. I want to put them in the stock muffler location, but have them dumped. I ordered the 3 inch in/out though. Will a shop still be able to get them on without too much effort? What kind of power/sound do you think I'd get out of such a set up?
-
Go longtubes and have it inspected by a friend:)
-
Great sound, hopefully Dynamax bullets will sound as good.
-
Dynatech if you need legal.
-
Sounds good, I just wish it wasn't so expensive.

Your wheels could be out of balance.
