This is kind of an older post, but i've been searching for information on these HID kits that are "shrouded" or whatever to reduce glare? anybody got any information there was a name mentioned earlier in the post about buyhidkit seller on ebay, well i stumbled upon a www.buyhidkit.com website and they sell autvizion or something like that and the philips. any clarification would be great, thanks

No I ran a 15.4 stock at home at sea level. I'm really curious to see what the diference is between here at altitude and back home with my mods. Everytime I drive home I notice a big performance dif. I couldnt even break the tires loose here at first, but at home they seem to come loose pretty easy with a little encouragement. Aside from that I think the car club at my school uses bandi mainly.

So for the guys with the stock transmissions on the SS's, is there a cheaper route to prevent these massive failures, like upgrading some of the key internal parts, or upgrading your torque converter.

So how long are the trany's in the SS's holding up under the increased stress of our "slightly" modified driving habits if they're shifting pretty hard?

search it, lots of info, just have to look, unfortunately seems like the more expensive stuff is the best bang for buck, a lot of the cheaper stuff is not going to get you much, but will make you feel like your faster, give you more confidence about modding your truck, and also probably get you addicted, but yeah, just search it and read the bolt ons section

gibson makes a pretty cheap one, i just got done putting on a corsa sport about 30 min ago and it sounds f*kn amazing. you can also try the search function, there are plenty of threads on here for exhaust

The other night I was invited out for a night with "the girls." I told my husband that I would be home by midnight, "I promise!" Well, the hours passed and the margaritas went down way too easy. Around 3 a.m., a bit loaded, I headed for home. Just as I got in the door, the cuckoo clock in the hall started up and cuckooed 3 times. Quickly, realizing my husband would probably wake up, I cuckooed another 9 times. I was really proud of myself for coming up with such a quick-witted solution (even when totally smashed), in order to escape a possible conflict with him. The next morning my husband asked me what time I got in, and I told him "Midnight". He didn't seem pissed off at all. Whew! Got away with that one! Then he said, "We need a new cuckoo clock." When I asked him why, he said, "Well, last night our clock cuckooed three times, then said, "Oh shit.", cuckooed 4 more times, cleared it's throat, cuckooed another 3 times, giggled, cuckooed twice more, and then tripped over the coffee table and farted.

well I've got a custom tune, therm and the volant ram air cai for performance. I just got done changing the oil and wrapping the intake tube from the box to the throttle body in fiberglass insulation. (PIA) Appearance: 5 piece chrome speed mesh grill and tints.

wow the irony in this, so get back to the dorm expecting to see a message to pick up a package... no message... called the website and asked for the tracing numbers, turns out the other half of my exhaust is in New Jersey and not scheduled to be delivered to whatever wrong address they have until october 5th, so they are like we'll try to get it back as soon as possible and reship it to you, which i thought was completely unacceptableso they are shipping the rest of it to me "expedited" which IMO they should be overnighting it since they screwed it up... anyway just needed some time to vent.

just got half of the exhaust in today. I got one box with everything after the muffler So I get all exited that its here and I cant even put it on yet

Corsa's website does not distinguish between 2WD and AWD, the part number is 14279 for sport and 14289 for touring
