  1. Cool. I did some work there a few years ago, but I didn't get to see much of the place.
  2. Sounds good to me, but I don't know what there is to do there. I'll see what i can find out.
  3. I'd be up for it, but I'm not sure where to go either. Maybe Alexandria?
  4. My 2wd VHO weighed 5220 with me and 1/2 tank, so the curb weight would be about 4900.
  5. Strange. I always heard the saying went... beer ON liquor, never sicker... liquor ON beer, never fear. Totally opposite.
  6. What's the part # for the kit you got? I've been trying to figure out if i need 3.3186 (c1500 stuff) or 3.3190 (k1500). The k1500 kit has the correct sway bar bushings (32 mm or 1.25"), but I dont know which control arm bushings I need. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
  7. If it was me, Iwould break it off with the girl. Don't be a prick about it, since she is a family friend and all. It sounds like she's the type that loves the drama. You didn't mention whether or not she tried to avoid the contact at the mall, so I'll assume she didn't. The only reason to bring it up to you was to get you to react to it. To keep the drama going. Some people just thrive on it. If you don't, you need to stay away from both of them, because it is probably not going to stop. Maybe she wants the two of you to get into it so you can prove how much you want her, which is ****ed up. After that's over (if it ever is), it'll be something else. FWIW, my advice is to distance yourself from both of them. Find someone who cares more about your feelings than to keep shit stirred up all the time. When you do, you'll wonder why you ever messed with this chick.
  8. Looks killer! IMO, GM should have put those front ends on the Subs and Tahoes when the trucks got them.
  9. We got a 7" plastic tree about 3-4 years ago at Walmart. No flat spots, no pine needles to vacuum up, no fire hazard, and it'll probably last another 10 years.
  10. Just over 37k on my 05 VHO. I got a company vehicle about the same time it hit 36k, so now it only gets driven on the weekends.
  11. 17.2 avg over 36k miles, mostly 60-70 mph on a 70 mile round trip every day. The highest I've seen on a tank was 18.9, the lowest was like 13, when it was new.
  12. I ran across this and found it pretty interesting. Figured some of you might want to check it out. http://www.carbibles.com/suspension_bible.html
  13. Where does she park the car? Is it secure? Maybe a locking gas cap is in order?
