  1. Bump, on a forum, means to bump the post to the top. So that it stays fresh and on the front page or in the new content section. Sent using Tapatalk.
  2. I hit 137 with 4.10s was in overdrive gear doing it though. Measured with an elm327 Bluetooth and torque app. Sent using Tapatalk.
  3. Applies to what he told you to get also. You will be fine. Sent using Tapatalk.
  4. That's legit... Atleast looks legit on that ford. Sent using Tapatalk.
  5. Don't like to do iridium? Just wondering. Most guys I've seen on here do the ix plugs. Sent using Tapatalk.
  6. Hmm...if you are worried about a bad ground you can always test resistance between grounds. Put one lead on the battery negative ans one lead on the headlight negative and it should be extremely low if not .1-.5 Sent using Tapatalk.
  7. What's voltage at the battery without starting the truck after it sits for a day or two? If you have it started and headlights on, have someone roll up the window and hold it even when its up and see if it dims even further. Sounds like a battery issue to me. Sent using Tapatalk.
  8. Dude, cali is crazy with this theft shit. Sorry for your losses. Sucks every week there is a new thread on this shit. Good call with the kill switch. Sent using Tapatalk.

  10. Most amps will provide higher output if you lower the load. So two 4 ohm dual voice coil speakers in parallel provide a 1 ohm load to the amp. An amp that would push 1000 watts at 1 ohm would usually be around 250 watts at 4 ohm. JL on the other hand has done a great job at making most of their better amps give the wattage rating across all loads. So your 1000/1 would give 1000 watts at 4ohm as it would at 1ohm. Just putting that out there. To answer your question, the wattage would be divided by however many speakers you would hook to that amp. Just a heads up, for the price of 2 1000/1 or that 2500bd you could get an amp that would push more power for less money. Do you have any supporting electrical for all this power? Sent using Tapatalk.
  11. Word. Never seen the 4** but the Texas speed are 304. Won't they change cool colors with heat also? Sent using Tapatalk.
  12. Since the jl amps are not strapable. I woud go with the Rockford. If you ran 2 1000/1 and had each sub in its own enclosure with its own port then by all means it doesn't matter which one you choose. You can also have the 2 1000/1 and just gain match them with one of smd's creations and just use a dual sub box like you would the Rockford. A lot more amp choices out there also. Hope you have the electrical to push the stuff. Sent using Tapatalk.
  13. Tsp is stainless which is legit. Sent using Tapatalk.
  14. LOL Sent using Tapatalk.
  15. I gotcha. All good. I understood. Sent using Tapatalk.
  16. Nice. Did they have to use a lot of weight to get then balanced? Sent using Tapatalk.
  17. I had the same story a while back. Had a lightning on the interstate and every time we would go I would pull on him. Ever so slightly but enough to just keep pulling away. I caught the same flak when I posted about it. On the books there is no way it would seem. I had the same experience though. Maybe we are playing with some broke ass lightnings. Sent using Tapatalk.
  18. I install home security. I despise ADT. They rape you with 35-40$ a month and a contract that god help you try to back out of. It's not always wise to go with a big company. You get a slap chop job and as stated above get wrapped into a contract. I charge flag out for my systems to install but its yours to keep and then I charge 19.95$ a month. Local monitoring center with great response time and all. Obviously I couldnt be able to do it but just stating, peek around a little. Only wish I could refer someone All the equipment for the most part is made by the same companies. Honeywell/ademco, hai, elk, ect... It's just rebranded to say ADT or whoever. Sent using Tapatalk.
  19. Why not just use one from the auto parts store. You put deposit and get it back when returned. Sent using Tapatalk.
  20. By all means, my post is negligible if zippy says different. I was only passing down info from others. I do have 93 at every pump down here. Maybe that's why I was recommended the tr5 and 55 Sent using Tapatalk.
  21. Well you don't need tr6 unless ur blown or running juice. I would stick with the tr55ix (part number 7164)or the tr5ix (part number 7397). I think I ordered mine off summit but amazon isn't to bad either last I checked. 6.65/each on amazon right now. Sent using Tapatalk.
  22. That's awesome! They are great wheels. Pain to keep the water spots off of... I want to know how those nexens ride. I was very sketchy about them but they are like the only decent priced tire in that size. I ended up getting a retarded deal on my falkens for 900$ all 4 new. Sent using Tapatalk.
