yeah ya kinda are hatin...i know its not a donk....and stock they are slow, so I dont consider them a sport truck.....ANNNDDD I had a chip, and headers on it, threw a rod and locked it up, and they voided my warrenty, had to front a 7500.00 doller bill for new motor...so im done with the motor, mine as well go for looks this time

I recently was put on a 10 day ban from the sight from a post I made and some innappropriate comments I made in that post. dude sick trucks that looks great...see you don thave yours lowered in the front, mine looks neat and all, but if i have anyone heavy riding in the front seat it bottoms out on rolls in the freeway...im gonna have to raise it back, do you reccommend doing the torsion bars or putting the stock spindles back on ?

Ok im not real sure about the front now that i think of it....I know i have belltech shackles on the rear, and the front has spindles but im not sure who made them......Yeah I just weighed these wheels and tires and they weigh in at 101 lbs a piece !! haha....thanks for the compliments, i agree they are not that fast stock, and I had already threw a rod and locked up a motor once in this truck, and with a voided warrenty I figured after purchasing my new motor ill leave it stock and upgrade wheels ....thanks for compliments

Nah its not photochopped.....I had a 2003 SS with 24' Foose Speedsters on it....was planning on putting 24's on my 07 as well, came across these tho.....I paid the guy 2 grand flat for them, brand new rims and tires....helluva deal I couldnt pass up, so i madem fit...they look knarly in person

Hey I just put these on the other day......26's with 305/30/26's with 3 inch spindle drop in front and belltech shackles in rear...I had to cut part of the fender well where the frame comes together, but other than that she dont rub !

I ended up at haveing to front the bill around 6500.00 for a new motor......But they told me to keep fighting with both superchips and GM and i should get soem results.....my questions are, should I go talk to a lawyer to speed things up ? I mean losing 7 grand just cuz i didnt undprogram the chip before I broguht it into th edealership is like a huge mistake on my part and I really want to try to fix it....My parents agreed to split the cost of the motor if I can get it covored through my 100,000 mile powertrain warrenty.....I dont know if there are any lawyers on this site or anything, but I am reaching here I don tknow where to start.....I would be more then willingto work a deal with anyone who wanted to help me or give me advice....they said at the dealership if I keep on damanding usuallly the people who keep on and keep on get results.....so if anyoen has any ideas or would like to work a deal with helping me I am more hten willing to listen.......I am going to school for Criminial justice and one of my teachers is a Business Lawyer cus I am take a Business Law class, do you think it would be a good Idea to discuss to him about my situation...I printed out this entire post with the U.S. Code as well....thanks guys, you really have helped me, i think even if I cant get a full reimbursement 50% of somthing is always better hten 100% of nothing. Hey everyone...its been a long time sinse i have been on the board, but I was one of the first SS owners in texas. Im almost 23 and I have had a 03 SS and now have an 07 SS.....I go to college at Sam Houston State, I service the truck every 4k, take care of it and have had no engine problems thus far....All I have on is a superchips programmer....I was headed home last week, my engine through a rod and it went through the cases and locked up the motor....I had NO IDEA the motor had locked up, I forgot to take the chip out before i had it towed, they voided the hole warranty and I am stuck with a bill of 7 grand for a new motor.....All for a 200 doller superchips programmer, im at a loss of words, I loved my truck but my parents are not so happy.....I cant get any clear reasons to why the motor would blow , of course the dealer is saying the chip but I find that very slim.....Ive had such bad luck with this truck, stolen wheels, stereo, vandalism....its turned into a 60 thousand doller cloth interior base SS......I dont know what to do, I begged the guys at the dealership to let me come up there and unprogram it, tried to bribe them....I dont have 7 grandfor a new motor.....why would an 07 motor throw a rod like this? any help guys ? im gonna have to sell the truck, its on a lease and I have put 42000 miles on it the first year.....im so upside down on everything, im over the mileage and the truck was leased for 3 years and im already over in one year...very upset, i feel bad for my parents because I dont have the money to fix it, and I am very respectful of my truck....why would an 07 lock up ? My last ss I had the following- MB QUarts 3 Jl W6' ported Kicker Amps XR 6.5 Door Speakers.....My new SS will be equiped with the follwing and im kinda nervous- Box under seat sealed with 2 12w3v3's AutoTek 1000.1 (anyoen have an autek amp i heard they were good ? " 2 Sets of 6.5 JL Audio ZR Components-front and rear Eclipse 6.5 inch touch screen with dav They said I might have to raise the seet a bit..... Do all yall htink an Autotek 1000.1 mean machine will run the 2 12w3's ok ? Also haev a V12 Alpine to run my ZR's with......any opinions on what would help let me know, it would be much appreciated ! they guy building my box is off ebay...anyone interested he looks liek he does amazing work ill let u konw when i get it ! Ok after two previous vehicles sinse my 03 SS I am finally back to my roots. This christmas my parents presented me with an 07 SS with 2'' drop shackles on the back, Dual Delta Series Flows, Tinted Windows, Programmer, and the Volant Air Intake all installed. The truck had only 3000 miles on it, and replaced my 06 F150 with 40,000 miles on it. I am very happy, It is cloth interior with the basic of the basic packages, 2wd but I am so stoked to have an SS again. Good to be back on the forum jk

I didnt knwo it was already posted that the truck was not functional.....regardless, taking a shit on someones truck and wrapping it in plastic wrap and putting wheels and tires on are in two different catagories all together, IN MY OPINION...haha jk
