Thanks for the welcome yall.. The VHO felt really good.. Although it was about the same it was more even acceleration. My truck really jumps up to about 45 then with the 3.55 gears it kinda falls on its face 55+ compared to the VHO cuz that is when he would catch up. And yeah.. the rx07... wow.. i went for one ride in it he floored it to about 60 and I told him to shut it down or id pop him in the mouth.. I dont get scared to easily and that kinda spooked me. lol.. Oh.. and to the other chase.. Man... if that is your girlfriend on your sig then yes.. you can be the only one! that girl is fine! lol.. Oh.. and for the record.. Im not new to chevys.. Everone in my family has one.. My best friend has an 06 reg. cab shortbed 2wd. with the 4.8 that we have done some stuff too.. just little stuff like some interior painting.. audio. ya know the kind. lol.. Take care yall.

LOL IM JOKING YALL IM JOKIN! ease up.. lol.. Hello all.. first of all the headline was a joke. lol.. Yall I'm Chase from Springfield Missouri.. Yes I do have a regular cab shortbed 2wd with a hemi. Ive loved the SS from the first time I layed eyes on it back in 03 it was black.. oohh super sexy! Ive got several buddies with some pretty cool cars.. one of them has a 04 VHO, one has a 04 SS, one has a 05 Srt-10 ram, and probably the coolest even though its import is a 410hp Twin Turbo mazda rx-7 . But the SS and srt are by far my fav! Long story but I met my buddy with the Vho when we raced... I was in a new town and they called him and said that there was a hemi guy in town and wanted to know if he wanted to race. So we raced 4 times.. He beat me, I beat him, I beat him, He beat me! none of the wins were by more than a few feet! So i said.. DUDE take me for a ride in that thing! we've been buddys ever since! lol.. i know im long winded.. The main reason I'm here is in a few years I will have my dodge paid off and will be looking for another truck (daily driver while I mod my ram) and I bought my dodge blind to how much of a headache they are to work on! thats why im here is to look around for a few years and get a good grip if maybe one of these trucks is right for me! oh.. just a few mods on my truck.. Pacer 18's, alpine speakers, all interior trim is painted to match the truck, taillights, smoked headlights, Intake, Hooker exhuast, superchips in near future.
