    We've all heard about people having guts or balls. But do you really know the difference between them? In an effort to keep you informed, the definition for each is listed below...

     

     

     

    GUTS - Is arriving home late after a night out with the guys, being met by your wife with a broom, and having the guts to ask: "Are you still cleaning, or are you flying somewhere?"

     

     

     

    BALLS - Is coming home late after a night out with the guys, smelling of perfume and beer, lipstick on your collar, slapping your wife on the butt and having the balls to say: "You're next."

     

    I hope this clears up any confusion on the definitions. Medically speaking, there is no difference in the outcome, since both ultimately result in death

    bout 3 months ago i bought a samsung 56" DLP. for like 2300? maybe 2600 cant remember. but the picture is kick ass. i like the look of the tv too its like glossy black. looks good even when its off!  :thumbs:

     

     

    PS-  PS3---has the pricing gone down at all on them?

     

    PS3 pricing hasn't come down and won't for a couple years. There are more available though. what model is that samsung? I've seen that size on circuit city for $2,199 and one of my drop shippers has it for $1,549. That's one reason I'm still considering the samsung 56" DLP. Does the picture look good with normal cable tv stations? The DLP's I looked at(1080p) just didn't look as good as the 720p LCD's, that's why I'm leaning toward the LCD's.

     

     

    How's about some info on the wall mounts? :D

    Exactly what a 17 year old needs, but hey you already have an Escalade at 17, so why not?

     

    Yeah, they're fast and could do a good burn out if it weren't AWD......all the things you should be concerned with man!!

     

    Only 108 MPH from the factory, but let's give him all the information he needs to make it go faster!!!

     

    As for the truck you're looking at, it seems a little pricey for the year and the mileage........GOOD LUCK and DON'T KILL YOURSELF!!!

    Picked it up @ BESTBUY. AWESOME PRICE OF 1700 BUCKS. But received a 250 Bestbuy card on the spot.

     

    Also got a ps3 60 GB with 2 controllers

    6 Ft Monster HDMI cable

     

    Millenium Digital HD here I COME.

    Sure beats the Shit out of my 32" Sony Vega...lol

     

     

    Its not the TOP of the LINE plasma but i figured it was a good compromise, I could have gotten an Nicer Plasma with the money I spent on the ps3 ...but I love my MADDEN, and Love the fact that IF BLUE RAY catches on I have a player!

    I was going to sell the PS3 but after playing a friends, I was HOOKED!

     

     

     

     

     

     

    Now onto the Surrond Sound!

    Prob going to go with either Onkyo or a Dennon

     

    Good deal. I'm still looking for the tv I'm going to add to the PS3. Let us know how the plasma does with the PS3. I was a little worried about burn in and the fact we have a coulpe huge windows in our living room and I hate glare. I'm looking into a LCD or DLP rear-projection tv. Let me know if you need a good wall mount. I'm signed up with a couple drop shippers and can probably get you a good deal on any mount you might want. Just let me know and post some pics :thumbs:

     

     

    Sweet, i'm still in need of a wall mount for my Phillips. I didn't spring for it when I bought the TV in November. What kind of pricing do you have on them?

    This is the best I could do right now (and I own a freaking Sign/Graphics company!!)

     

    I really want to be better at Photoshop but I just don't use it enough, I have so many unanswered questions. In my business I work primarily from vector/line art, so never really got a chance to work/learn photoshop, but i'm trying!

     

    Anyways, here goes..........

    Same here, i've had them for two years and they're my favorite. I have an extra pair of lenses that are blue polarized as well. Normally i'm sporting the black polarized lenses though.

     

     

    I bought a pair of Oakley Gas Cans while out in Vegas last year and ended up selling them. They made my head hurt after wearing them for any length of time.

    there is adjustments on the side of the GMOS-03 box that can adjust gain to the amps, and also the volume of the dorr chime.  your going to have to adjust it properly when the unit is in the car.  door chime is personal preference, the gain, set the CD player to 75%volume(might have to figure out what the max level is for this cause the numbers aren't always percentages)  make sure the eq's are leveled out in the middle.  no boosting them yet, and turn the gain up to the highest position that it will go in without distorting the sound.  you want chrystal clear loud music.  no bass or trebel distortion.  at this point you will have the gain at the level you want it so you can tune the sound through the stereo using the EQ settings.  hope this helps.

     

    edit, GMOS-04 is just for no onstar option but the same as GMOS-03  everything should still work.

     

    by the way, do you have the bose stereo?  this will make a difference.

     

     

    You my friend very well may have just saved my sanity. I just had an Eclipse AVN-5435 double din installed in the SS (factory Bose) and it sounds like shiat. Well, let me re-phrase that, the sound is crisp, but not loud at all. The factory deck whips it's ass. The volume on the new deck goes to 80 and you have to turn it up to about 55 just to start hearing it. Like I said, the sound is good, just not alot of it.

     

    Circuit City did the install and has no answers....none what so ever. I believe they used the Metra Harness. My question is this, I've expressed this problem to them and if the harness they used has a gain control on it....would they not know this or am I giving them to much credit?

     

    Any additional info you may have on this would be a great help. :D:D
