    After just swapping out my old AC's with new ones and MSD wires my mpg went up to 14.0 average from 13.8 on my cluster. Also, after that Sea Foam....

    I should have my MSD wires installed by this friday hopefully i can go up on my econ but if not, I guess that would be OK...It's still an SS I love to SStep on it....... :jester:

    In 2003, I think their were like 500-600 in 2004. And I'm having one hell of a time finding a blue one for sale. Even willing to travel up to 2,000 miles!! :banghead: I have only seen 4 blue ones in my life!!! I just wish I could see one every day!!!

    If I see one For Sale in this area I will let you know!

    Thanks guys!!!!!!!!!! I just changed them not too long ago,,,, maybe 2-3 weeks at the most

    I still need to see how they do for a good 2-3 months before I decide if I need to go AC Delco or NGKs.

    I will be replacing my plug wires next week wiht JBAs 9.0mm i heard they are good. but we'll just have to see.......... :cheers::chevy:

    I was wondering if any of you guys have used them or even heard of them B4.

    One thing I know for sure is that my SS is burnin' gas like crazy,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,I'm only getting like

    13.6 on my DIC...(digital info center) but it actually runs pretty good...

    let me know if you guys know anything about this plugSS,.,.,.,.,.,,.....

    Damn Lucky you :cool:

     

    My friends always get pulled over because of their tint. :(

     

    Sometimes they are just looking for ways to check out your Ride...

    or to see if you're dealing drugs or somethin'...

    they think a hard working man can't own a SSuper nice truck...

    I think those are lame excuses. but oh well I guess that is their Job...

  10. Chevy Dealers Gone?

    Letters were supposed to be sent out to dealers today. News says approx. 1100 dealers are getting the axe. My understanding is that it's mostly Buick, Pontiac, GMC dealers. I could be wrong. Wouldn't be the first time. :D Worst part for the consumer is less competetion = higher sales price. :wtf:

    I used to sell Buick,Pontiac,GMC and as far as i know from my buddies at the dealership Pontiac is going to be the first one to go...but for now their newest built the G8GT and the GXP versions are going to be alive for a while...but I guess we just have to wish them luck............

    I dont know. I have thought about it too, but like everyone said I like a little bit of contrast to break it up. I think Big has a good point. I wonder what a dark silver or graphite would look... Hmmm

     

    My Buddy has a black one and he is thinking of paintin' them Chrome silver..I think that would make a nice contrast.....try a sketch of both options maybe that would be better before you actually do it..

    But, it's still an SS..........Have fun making the right choice...........

    I have been puled over and asked if I dealt drugs I was 21 at the time I live in a small town if about 800 people. Have been pilled over 6 times and got out of 2 of them if I got caught a few seconds earlier I would have been clocked at 110 in a 55 passed like 5 cars and got back in and down to 70 got let go and got caught a week later buy same cop at 69 in the same 55 he hated me he was almost twice my age and had a silverado 1500 and I had the SS he followed me all the time and knew when I worked so he could watch and fallow me finally they ran him off

     

    He hated you...for having a alot nicer,faster Silverado than him......

    So thats why he deserved to have been fired................or raned off.................

    That was a blessing from God............

    I wish i was that lucky the las time i got

    pulled over.........doing 95 in a 65mph

    he asked me da same, if i was in a rush or if

    I had an emergency and I had to say the truth,,,, that was NO..

    he did drop the fine to 85 but, I still had to pay the fine plus

    $30.00dls extra so that the ticket wont show on my driving Record................

    now I keep it at 65mph...

    I wanted to see if anyone was using either tire and how they liked them. I think the Nitto's are going to be my tire of choice

     

    I have the NITTOS-- NT420S 305/50/20 and they are a lot better that factory. Better handling and a lot better on grip. I say buy NITTOS.......but ultimately it is you choice...............here is a pic of mine... alt="Photobucket"></a>IsaacenChinanl.jpg

    how about red, i think its next to black in number of most made right?

     

     

    Yeah. I would say SSo. they are most comon colors and the ones that you see out there....

    which makes them unique....

    I was wondering if anybody out there has any idea on about how many

    Silverados SS were made.

    I think there was about 1050 or so Intimidator SS made, but how about the

    regular SS.................the first style that was made?????

    anybody have guess...........I think it would be interesting.......... :chevy::chevy:
