Same thing happened to me when I put in the new pcm. You just basicly did a crank shaft relearn that I had to pay to get done but its was only 15 bucks for me at the dealer.(nice haveing buddies there)

Iv got 2 W6's under my back seat. Needed to lift it just about 2 inches with a custom box I had built. Btw I started off with the W3's and blew them over and over not even pushing them that hard (might just be bad luck for me) but the W6's hit hard and sound great.

Had my ses light come on just a little while back, (I had just put on my CAI) and it was my MAF. I just cleaned it and the light went off a couple of miles down the road and hasnt come back on since.

Will have to check with work too. Hopefully im off i wanna go

need to get up with my bud who drives the Joe Gibbs truck. It kinda got owned the other weekend by a wal-mart truck and is being repaired he thinks it should be ready by then but im comeing for sure. Might even try to go to Nelsons first and get a tune.

Forget the ss chrome ones if you only want to pay 1g. I drove mine into a curb in 05 and scratched them up a little. Thought i could get it replaced went to the dealer and they said 1g a wheel. So im liveing with the scratches for now.

Yes and that is STUPID.

My SES light was doing the same thing under a load and i had a horriable sound comeing out from under my truck. dealer said it was the fuel pump going out and the sound was the cats (they are burnt out). $450 for the fuel pump and $250 to install. I installed it myself to save the cash but ran into problems, you need some sort of tool to undo the quick connects( i used a couple of screwdrivers and a pair of plyers to disconnect it. Changeing my cats out under the 8 yr 80,000 warnt. best of luck hope you can get it.

Im game for tuneing. I about as dumb as a rock when it comes to this so I would love any pointers.

Drive it every day. The miles built up fast going from the house to lake charles every day for work( 100 mile round trip) and i work in the oil refineing business so my paint job is a constant battle.

Map quest says 5 1/2 hour drive for me they normaly estimate a tad high. but 2 sounds good to me. Just need to be sure where we are meeting. Easy to find for us not use to the area plz

i think shes gonna go. im good with meeting anywhere. but i do have one question, does anyone have a handheld tuner (if it can be used on my truck) would they mind bringing it? I dont know hardly anything about engins and what not but i do want to mod my truck some. Oh one problem might get in the way of me comeing, my fuel pump is dieing and i have one on order but im putting it in my self i should have it done in time.

M.A.R.S. is who my dealer used to touch up my truck when i got it. very quick and they did a good job. To bad i lost thier card in a truck cleaning fit of mine.

I think he did get a pulley swap when he started bring it to the track and couldnt beat the lighting out there. Havent draged him with that upgrade no point realy he beat me without it. Yeah hes learning its his first standard to drive so i'll give him credit for trying(heard the tires burning every time we launched). . hey by the way has anyone else had a problem with there ss pulling to the passenger side?
