Hello, I am now selling my SS. It breaks my hear that I am doing this but I am going to be moving and there is no one that I can rely on to take care of my truck. If there is anyone that is interested please let me know! It is a '06 with 61,047 miles. Everything is original and stock except for the exauhst which is a magnaflow. It has a ding or two and for the most part the body is just about in perfect shape. All of its services and oil checks have been completed in timely manner. The only thing that it may need is its 60,000 mile service. Other than that the truck is in great condition! Please let me know if interested! Thank you, Lizet

I would go with the SS. It's a classic style and it has more potential in my opinion than the newer body silverado. The SS to me is a classic and its more unique than a newer style. If you do go for a newer body than just go for a single cab. Those are sweeeeet! I think I might get one for myself, but keep my SS too.!

Yea I got them replaced thankfully but they were a little over priced in my opinion. I payed 200 for both. I just really hope that it doesn't happen again.!

Thank you guys sooooo much for everything... I did file a police report but of course, nothing happened.. I spoke to the people at the office at the church to let them know what happened and they said .."we are not responsible.." Yet, I went with the intention for them to prevent this from happening again to someone else!! ugh!!!..lol.. I did replace my tail-lights and I got the original ones.. I seriously wish that all the haters that have done all kinds of s*** to my truck to seriously stop because it is always one set back to do something cool to my truck!! It's hard to keep up with my SS because of school, work, bills, and everything else that comes with life is always on top of me.. But, the mods will be done after school is over! Thank God for grants because the loans would have piled up already!!..lol.. Thanks again guys! -Lizet

Hey guys! I had a quick question... I was wondering if anybody out there had a set of tail lights that are in good condition for the 2006 SS. Mine got stolen at church and I need to get that replaced ASAP!!! Please let me know if any of you guys have a pair that are in good condition and I will buy them off you!!! Thank You!

Well Im not sure what they did but they took the tail lights and they just left the light bulbs and the wiring. they took everything else. I don't think that I am going to buy them online so i dont know what to do.? help! please!

You know what, yesterday as a matter of fact I got a ticket for being on my cell phone... Can you believe that? I know that it is against the law but I wwas trying to explain to the police officer that I am a broke college student.. Instead of having sympathy for me he just looked at me and said.. Ya, broke? Driving an SS? Well I will tell you that I think that it is wrong for a girl to drive a truck like this especially the SS model..lol.. Can you believe that he said that to me??? Then he went on to give my crap about my plate which I personalized to say SS4LYFE. Whatever!!!!.. Sorry I had to vent about that because it is by far the lamest tickets that I have ever gotten in my truck since I have had it.

Congrats!!!.. Sounds like when I first got my truck no one took me serious and wanted me to cough out more money then what it was!..lol.. Congrats on the truck!.. You are going to love it!.. Trust me, your are going to get a lot of heads turning no matter what you got on it! lol..

Oh my goodness that sucks.. I've gotten MANY tickets already for my "gang" related plates (they say SS4LYFE on them and because of such, my truck has literally been stripped searched by the popo thinking that I out of all people belong to the southsiders gang or belong to some type of gang affiliation) and for not having it on the front bumper plate and also for my tinited windows... I always put the plate on when I get the ticket signed off but then take I it off when I get home..lol.. As far as the windows, I take off the tint and put then put it back on... ALL THE TIME.. But this last time that I got a ticket for them which was about a month ago, I just took off the tint and never put it on YET... I'm sure that I will never learn my lesson but personally, you can't really live by the law 24/7. I work hard for what I have and I think that if I wanna see my truck lookin' all nice then I am going to do whatever it takes and enjoy it while I can. Things happen and what can you do? You are going to get pulled over for one reason or another at one point in your life.. There are other things that are more important in life and that should be taken care of by the authorities but that is just me...

OH MY GOODNESS.. I wanna go to the meet! I've never been to a meet in CA!!! I don't think that I will race though.. I don't think its right that a girl should race but I want to see what's up!!!.. =]
