2006, 2wd, Jesse James 20" wheels, lowered 2.5 inches all around. I'm switching to 22" of the same wheels just different tires, no more Good Years. Had the gold bowtie and lower intakes painted black lacquer. changed intake tube, mass air sensor and installed throttle body spacer, rear suspension has air bags installed to carry heavy loads with lowered rear, LED rear tail lights, polished grills, enhanced factory alarm, amplifier, sub woofer, black diamond plate low profile reat tool box, black box rails, Shifter ZR3 laser defense system, Garmin GPS, and a few other goodies. These SS's can get expensive but they are very cool.

So, Will there Be a new SS Silverado Soon?

When I purchased my 06' SS the dealer told me that was the end of the SS's for a few years. When the 07' SS came out I called the sales mgr and asked what was up. I thought I had a 'last model year' truck. He told me the 07's were the 06's that never made it from GM to the dealers. Demand started deminishing as gas prices went up. GM decided to title and sell them as 07's. Kind of like rolling the dice again and hoping to get rid of the rest of the 06' manufactured SS's. Don't know if it's true but that was my info. If that's the case I wouldn't look for another SS for a few years. They do look just like my 06' -
I agree with a few others, the site is SILVERADOSS.COM. Bringing in clones and look alikes is like the guys that buy a F-150 Ford and tack on the Harley Davidson decals. It just ain't the same folks. Keep the site SS.

I have an 06' SS with OEM Bose, 6 disc in dash CD player, XM, AM/FM and with all of this technology I can't play a MP3 disc. Is it me, the disc, or is the stock radio just not programmed to play MP3 stuff??
