Yes there have been some posts that Extang Quality sucks, and I was not to pleased about my cover not holding down. I have a Extang RT cover. E-mailed Extang (factory), told them my problems, and in 3 business days I had my new tarp. No questions asked. This is the best customer service I have EVER recieved. Will purchase Extang again!!
