SSplaytoy
I am doing a pair right now and it says to take them out of the oven when warm to the touch. I had them in there for 5 mins and they are warm but the silicone isn't seperating. How long do I keep them in for? (aprox. time)

misterp
It didn't separate the OEM silicone as much as it hardened/cooked it. I did my lowers first, then the uppers - the first three I did not see much difference in the silicone or effort required to separate after heating at 175 for 10-mins. The last headlight I left in the oven at 190-ish for 35 mins, that last one was still just as hard to crack but pulled apart a bit easier (read that as, could pull the rest of it apart with bare-handed gorilla-effort). But, the dial on my oven may not be accurate so I may not have been getting the first three warm enough Mr. P.
