r8rs4lf
I'm not looking for a person to person file sharing site. I don't mind paying for each song as long as I don't have the risk of downloading a virus or something. Any suggestions???? dcairns
iTunes?
Dylan06SS
I've been using iTunes... quality is gaurenteed and at .99 per song or $10 an alblum its worth it. I am looking into the "NEW" Napster which is a flat monthy rate for unlimited downloads, but I haven't found out if they have a minimum kbps standard or what. I miss the good old days of FREE DOWNLOADS
WEEZARR1&SS
I use Limewire , it is free and fast. Or Kazza lite works ok aslo.
kaotik1
Kazaa lite is full of bug software.... Just like weather bug, limewire is okay a bit slow.. For decent free downloads, use E-donkey or Overnet, they are one in the same but from what I have found, complete files, fast downloads, and best of all safe........... I miss the good old days of FREE DOWNLOADS <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I checked around that site and it looks like I have to download something from their site right? It says it uses Quicktime, does that mean Quicktime becomes the default player instead of Windows Media Player or does the download use Quicktime only? kaotik1
Quick time is just the sites prefered, application. Once you have the file/s you want you can change them, to the format of your preferance(winamp, media player,quicktime)....
redssinpgh
I've been using "Bearshare" for over a year now and I have no complaints. I just run the free version. You can also search and download movies and video clips.
