You may want to sand it lightly and get a plastic promoter with some flex agent to make sure the paint does not come off. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
jboyss Posted July 14, 2005 Report Share Posted July 14, 2005 i wouldnt recommend it. when i had my tahoe i had an escalade front end on and i had the chrome bezel painted, and that is the only spot that would chip if you looked at it the wrong way. Xero Posted July 14, 2005 Report Share Posted July 14, 2005 i asked my body shop, and they took a day to get back to me. they said PPG dosent have anything for that type of FO-chrome. what they told me is ppg would have to special order some stuff and blah blah and they said its cheaper to go to the dealer and get one, they said they could get it too but it would be a lil more money. also ive seen them on websites advertised for 300 dollars. if i find the site i will post it nick Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
