SSoCal Posted August 27, 2005 Report Share Posted August 27, 2005 just checked vhp website and theres a new cam(old news?) listed. specs are 210/218 .551/.551. the same as one commonly recommended on this site but the overlap is 48* and lsa is 116 compared to the older ones 52* overlap and 112 lsa. ive always thought lower lsa increased low end power. which would be best for a stock 5.3L? thanks in advance Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
