Any one else have trouble with these idiots...

I ordered a tailgate lock received the wrong part instruction sheet had an old RA# written on it i.e. some one else also had returned this part. Finally got through and got new RA# to send it back with, now I sit on the phone 15 minutes trying to make sure the right part is on it's way (on my nickel) and can't get hold of anyone.

PS. Their shipping and handling is slow (7days) and is 4 times the cost of 2 day USPS with insurance....
