Can anyone tell me what rotation (clockwise or counter clockwise ) a Vortech supercharger should have with a stock install (and by stock I don't mean factory, I'm refering to the manufacturers kits/suggested). Posted February 27, 2006 Author Report Share Posted February 27, 2006 Right...but does a CW SC mean the blower drive and output fan will spin in the same direction or is it the drive shaft only. If the SCs drive shaft is spining CW and the fan/blower in spinning CCW, what type of SC is it....CW or CCW? Your truck's motor will spin the supercharger. So....whatever direction the motor is spinning, is the direction of the supercharger. Why does it matter? You'll buy the application for your truck.
