mwalls54 Posted March 5, 2006 Report Posted March 5, 2006 well i have been running a stock fuel pump with the 408 for quite a while. I just never had enough time to change out the stocker. well today i decided to do it. and as i was dropping the tank one of my fuel lines break off at the sending unit now it looks like I am going ot have to replace the unit here is a pic of what broke off.
BenKey Posted March 5, 2006 Report Posted March 5, 2006 Ouch! If it were me I'd be looking at one of the racetronix setups they make for the f-bodies. Really like the kit that takes the power line straight off of the alternator to keep the voltage constant and your pump running like it should without any dips in pumping power. They may take a while to get one of those to you though.
