05VHO Posted March 14, 2006 Report Share Posted March 14, 2006 Well it seems like since I've did my head swap my oil pressure has been lower than average. On start up it's 40 then when it warms up it's about 30. Around town and 1500 rpm's or so its 35. 45 at WOT and 40 at 2000 cruise but when cruising it fluctuates about 2-3psi. any help would be appreciated! BenKey Posted March 14, 2006 Report Share Posted March 14, 2006 Sounds normal to me. It's higher at startup because the oil is a little thicker. Thicker oil = higher oil pressure.
