JF-03-SS
I went to New England Dragway on May 15th. Mods were CAI, Flowmaster dual in/dual out cat back, and Superchips handheld tuner. I had the performance tune running 93 octane. My best time: R/T.....818 60'....2.211 330....6.242 1/8....9.575 MPH....74.31 1000....12.440 1/4....14.897 MPH....91.58 Went today May 24th. I now have a tune from Brian at PCM4LESS. The track conditions where about the same on both night. Started at 65* and dropped to 55* by the end. So here is the difference. This was my best run: R/T.....735 60'....2.166 330....6.123 1/8....9.394 MPH....75.55 1000'....12.212 1/4....14.631 MPH....92.89 So with the new tune I picked up .266 in the 1/4 mile. Not back but was hoping for 14.5. So let it be known custom tune is much better. I think my next mod will be long tubes and some new better times (I hope). Krambo
Very nice comparo. I enjoy seeing real world comparisons with performance mods. You can only take label claims so far.

Glad I could do it. Everyone always is asking the question....is a custom tune really worth it. Well I am a believer.
BenKey
Considering the PCM4LESS was close to half the cost of the handheld seems like it would be a no-brainer.

It is the same money if you don't send back your stock PCM.
