The alt and stuff should be able to switch over to the new motor, motor mounts should be good, Intakes would be different, possible throttle (drive by wire or not) the 408 is hardly decable by the dealer, all the covers and such fit if you go different hand have a car intake then you will be in for more work like Ben has been doing. I have read you could drop any gas engine into our truck, it is just the cost and Hp you get that makes people think, hey its just cheapere to put the 408 in instead of selling my kids for an LS-7 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
