Also what can I do to stiff up the rear end it just seems so bouncy people ride in the back and they like bounce around like a ball! Ahh...found it in Mr. P's write up. misterp Posted August 11, 2006 Report Share Posted August 11, 2006 First, modify the rear axle bumpstops: 1. Unbolt the brackets from the frame (2 nuts per bracket) 2. Unbolt the rubber bumpstop itself from the bracket (1 nut) 3. Toss bracket in trash 4. Use a heavy knife or saw to shorten the bumpstop by two 'nubs' 5. Bolt shortened bumpstop directly to frame without bracket (you will see a hole in the frame rail for this) That should get rid of the 'jounce'.
