SSThunder Posted August 24, 2006 Report Share Posted August 24, 2006 Since the first exhaust hanger or what ever you call it isn't needed I removed it. Can this hanger be used to help support the dynatech header system? I ask because I removed mine and it seems like there is some noise coming from that area. Any thoughts about what is causing the noise? Does the exhaust need more support. It kind of sounds like something rubs every once in awhile. Bowtie70SS Posted August 24, 2006 Report Share Posted August 24, 2006 What a coicendence...I was hearing a rattle under my truck and I saw that the pipe from the drives side where it makes the bend to go over the crossmember, was touching.
